Bright ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Nose of oak, cold smoke, subtle hints of marzipan and Amarena cherry. Juicy on the palate, with clearly pronounced fruit, hearty, grippy tannins and a slight saltiness, with a taut tannic finish.
