Rich, shiny ruby colour with garnet-red tendencies. Spicy and dense nose of preserved cherry and cranberry, cayenne pepper, liquorice and damp earth. Incredibly soft on notion, then immediately savoury fruit, gripping tannins, fresh and long at the same time.
