Tasting Notes

95
Tasting from 27.08.2021: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Strong ruby garnet, violet glints, delicately watery at the rim. Delicate nougat, black berry fruits of the forest notes, vivid spiced wood tones, floral as well as dashes of liquorice and orange zest. Juicy, powerful, savoury style, expressive character followed by a chocolate and salty touch on the finish. Peppery finale, good ageing potential.
