Shy at first, this opens up into a lovely mix of red berry fruit with wonderful tartness and brightness on the nose - with a tingling note of white pepper savouriness. The palate is translucent and expresses even more savouriness, peppery verve and lovely, tart, bright red fruit and silkily firm tannins. This has a real Martinborough signature. So elegant, so vivid, so delicious.
