Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Medium ruby red, brighter at the edges. Presents a complex nose of wild berries, liquorice, some green tea, then earthy undergrowth, with balsamic notes of spruce resin in the echo. Smooth expression on the palate, pleasant acidity, accompanied by rich berry fruit. It is very balanced, with tension through to the lingering finish. Definitely makes you want more.
