Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Cherry red in colour with a dark core. On the nose, aromas of raspberry jam, plum confit, eucalyptus, and candle wax with notes of flint and fine spice in the background. The palate is ripely fruited and savoury, with loosely knit tannins and great tension right through to the slightly drying finish.
