The red wine Il Circo Rosso Carmignano Riserva DOCG, vintage 2020 from the winery Fabrizio Pratesi has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark, bright ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Complex and multi-layered on the nose, with candle wax, ripe cranberries and dried tomatoes, with a very fine and elegant use of wood and slightly smoky tones. Warm-hearted and very rich on the palate, full-bodied, with many layers, deep, very long-lasting, finishes with fine salty tones.
