Tasting Notes

Tasting from 09.02.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red with a subtle reflection. Predominantly spicy on the nose, pepper, earth, with slight hints of raspberry cordial, fine oak, rich cherry, with a little patience, animal notes in the echo. Deep, dark fruit on the palate, full structure, rich, best to aerate before drinking. Has a lot of character.
