Bright ruby red with a dark centre. Ripe red and dark fruits on the nose. Cherry, plum, slightly savoury aftertaste of liquorice and tobacco. Full-bodied on the palate, appears warm, very velvety, powerful and dense in body. Soft tannins and a long finish.
