The red wine Trentanni Umbria Rosso IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Famiglia Cotarella has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points.
It has a bright ruby colour, with a fine garnet rim. There is a very appealing nose, with aromas of dark currant, rich cherry, fresh plum, and some tobacco in the background. On the palate it has dark berry fruit, unfolding in layers, with substantial pithy tannins, and a long finish.
