Tasting Notes

93
Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Dark ruby, firm core, purple reflections, and a lighter rim. Delicately savoury underlay with black fruits of the forest, a hint of cherry, nuances of fine oak, and a dark minerality. Complex, juicy, pleasant fruit, integrated tannins, ripe cherry, a touch of chocolate on the finish, and with good development potential.
