Intense ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Delicate aromas of red fruits of the forest confit, a subtle herbal savouriness, hints of nougat and candied orange zest. Medium complexity, mineral notes, hints of red cherries, salty-lemon nuances on the finish. A versatile style.
