Medium carmine garnet colour, delicate ochre reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Fresh red heart cherries, fine wild berry confit, a hint of liquorice in the background. Powerful, fine fruit sweetness, ripe tannins, fresh acidity, salty and lemony finish, herbal and spicy aftertaste.
