Bright medium golden yellow colour. Lovely aromas of damp meadow herbs, as well as hay, with a touch of quince jelly, nice cassis, delicate earthy notes, ripe pineapple, and grapefruit zest. It is medium-bodied, with lovely white fruit, a fresh acidity, some lemony notes, and a touch of green apple on the finish, and with a salty minerality on the back palate. It has an ethereal, minty, vivid old wine character, and it has passed its peak maturity in this bottle.
