Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Ripe pear fruit, a hint of nougat, subtle herbal savouriness, some honey blossom, some quince, inviting, multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, white stone fruit, fine acidity, vivid minerality, fine nutty aromas, lingers for a long time, a powerful food wine with secure development and certain ageing potential.
