Tasting from 02.06.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Pale coloured. Complex on the nose, with initial aromas of raspberry, blackberry and herbs de Provence. Juicy on the palate, delicate, yet with an intense and firm core, subtly mineral-tinged and juicy, length-giving acidity. Very expressive and fresh with a compact, hearty, dry finish.
