The sparkling wine Creaman Pas Dosé Metodo Classico Spumante, vintage 2011 from the winery Fasoli Gino has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Garganega from the region Veneto in Italy.
Intense, brilliant golden yellow colour. On the nose, candied orange zest, yeast dough, delicate hazelnut, a hint of candied raspberry, with a slight aftertaste of dried figs. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, with plenty of coarse-grained mousse, compact with a dry finish and a slightly salty finish.
