Brilliant, pale straw yellow with a sparkling core. Mineral on the nose with a slightly sulphurous undertone, citrus, salt. Pleasantly invigorating on the palate, fresh, crisp with well-integrated acidity, very harmonious, slightly salty and bold on the finish.
