The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2018 from the winery Fattoria della Aiola has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese from the region Chianti in Italy.
Dark, shiny garnet red with a cherry rim. Delicate bouquet of violets, fine spice and black pepper. Good tension on the palate, with dancing acidity, medium complexity with well-integrated tannins, shows a certain length, nice flow.
