Tasting from 13.02.2020: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Rich ruby red. Deep nose of blackberry cordial, elderberry and lots of rich, grandiose fruit. Punchy and salty on the palate, spreads gently, yet rich with grippy tannin and a touch of light mint. Engaging and elegant at the same time, demands another sip.
