Brilliantly clear salmon colour with a hint of copper. Intense aroma of raspberry, ripe wild strawberries, also notes of candied tangerine peel. Fresh on the palate, with fine acidity. Clear, lots of red fruit again on the palate and animatingly light-footed. Ends on salted lemon.
