Tasting Notes
Shimmering ruby red with cherry red edges. Starts with aromas of sealing wax, then intense ripe plum and beetroot; spicy with anise and cloves. On the palate, ripe blackberry, great acidity, lots of loosely knit tannins and great tension. A bit drying on the finish.
