The red wine I Coltri Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2020 from the winery Poderi Melini has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 - 90 Falstaff points.
Dark ruby in colour with a hint of purple. A little imprecise on the nose, a mixture of blackberry cordial, saffron, violet and light honey. On the sweetly textural palate, fine green savoury notes, showing nuances of cassis and paprika, hearty with a delicate, slightly drying finish.
