Tasting Notes
Floral on the nose with a hint of nettle, but not overly green, some mango. In the mouth, the wine is round and supple, a pinch of phenolics gives structure, the acidity seems ripe, but lasts a long time and lets the wine finish light-heartedly.
More about the tastingMedium to deep yellow in the glass. Elderberry, lemon balm, apricot and gooseberry on the nose with noticeable woody savouriness, also unmistakably boxwood. Powerful and firmly built on the palate, noticeable use of wood, nice savouriness and juice, vivid acidity, notes of salted lemon, good length. Ambitious, but somewhat schematically vinified.
