Pale yellow, green hints, copper-silver reflections. A still somewhat restrained bouquet with hints of fresh pear, meadow herbs, white apple and mineral nuances. Medium complexity, white stone fruit, subtle acidity and a juicy finish. A multi-faceted food companion.
