Medium green yellow, silver coloured reflections. Lime blossom, delicate nuances of dried pear, lime zest, bouquet full of character. Complex, taut, mineral, well-balanced acid structure, white apple on the finish, lemony aftertaste, very good length, a multi-layered food companion.
