Bright straw yellow with a brilliant core. Nose of toast, cold butter, plus subtle notes of meadow herbs, flint and peach tea. Great ripe fruit on the palate, compact, underpinned by subtle waxy tones, opens up excitingly, lingers long on the palate with an austere feel.
