The red wine Hedoni Nero d'Avola Sicilia DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Feudo Arancio has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nero d’Avola from the region Sicily in Italy.
A bright and elegant dark ruby red colour. On the nose there is liquorice, dark chocolate, and hints of butter cookie, and well as rich dark amarena cherry. It is full-bodied and complex on the palate, building slowly and with persistence, there are dark berry flavours with some subtle spicy notes, and it has a firm drive on the finish with a long finish.
