Deep garnet with a brick-red rim. On the nose, pleasant notes of plum compote, along with ripe cassis, Rumtopf, tomato leaf and a hint of poppy seed. Builds gracefully on the palate into a full-bodied, mouth-filling texture with intense tannins and a long finish.
