The red wine Rosso Riserva Sicilia DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Feudo Arancio has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nero d’Avola from the region Sicily in Italy.
Clear, bright ruby red with a dark core. On the nose, opens with juicy, ripe fruit, blackberry and wild berries, background notes of blood orange and sage, hints of graphite. Mouth-filling on the palate, polished with fine tannins and good tension into the balanced finish.
