Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, almost impenetrable ruby red. A fragrance of rum-based dessert, malt coffee, and very ripe cherries, followed by a slight hint of alcohol in the background. Vivid on the palate with rich tannins and gentle ripe elements. Completely blighted by the use of wood on the finish.
