Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Radiant, dark ruby red. Distinctive bouquet of cinnamon sticks and cloves, followed by ripe plums and cherries, very revealing. On the palate, a noticeable use of wood, marked by tannins. Quite drying, on the borderline.
