Strong ruby garnet, violet reflections, subtle edge brightening. Ripe dark berry confit with a delicate peppery underlay, pleasant spice, still somewhat restrained. Juicy, ripe cherry fruit, good complexity and extract sweetness, fine acidity structure, a powerful but well-balanced wine, very typical of the region, remains well persistent, has definite ageing potential.
