Tasting Notes
Strong ruby, purple reflections, broad and bright rim. Fine nuances of sweet cherries, sour cherries, a touch of dark berry confit, still a bit shy. Elegant, fine fruit, salty minerality, red cherries, discreet acidity, very balanced, persistent, already fully developed. The scepter in the cellar has passed to son Emilio, who is now in charge.
