Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, deep colour core, purple reflections, soft brightening on the rim. Blackberry fruit underlaid with dark herbal spice, fine floral nuances, pickled cherries, a very subtle fleeting touch in the background. Juicy, silky texture, finesse-rich structure, red berry touch, lively and lemony finish, animating, easy-drinking style. For the first time, 20% of this vintage was whole bunch fermented.
