The red wine Granato IGT, vintage 1995 from the winery Foradori has been rated in 2017 by Peter Moser with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Teroldego from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Strong ruby garnet, soft ochre reflections, subtle ochre rim. Delicately spicy background with dark berry confit notes, ripe plums, nuances of tobacco and bay leaf, candied orange zest, slight hints of nougat. Medium-bodied, nuances of candied violets, fine fruit, integrated tannins, some nougat, lingers, finesse-rich minerality, almost Burgundy-like, subtle food wine.
