Tasting Notes
Strong ruby garnet, soft ochre reflections, subtle ochre rim. Delicately spicy background with dark berry confit notes, ripe plums, nuances of tobacco and bay leaf, candied orange zest, slight hints of nougat. Medium-bodied, nuances of candied violets, fine fruit, integrated tannins, some nougat, lingers, finesse-rich minerality, almost Burgundy-like, subtle food wine.
