It has a brilliant dark ruby red colour. There are aromas of ripe cherry, ripe blackberry, a hint of crushed blackcurrant, with a finish of fine dark chocolate. On the palate there are plenty of hearty fruit flavours, with many layers, unfolding beautifully, although becoming slightly less full on the finish.
