Tasting from 09.07.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich garnet, with a slight brightening on the rim. Dried tomato and ripe raspberry on the nose, spicy undertone, and white pepper. Very dry on the palate, with plenty of power on the tongue, driven, with some minerality, it must be enjoyed with food.
