Tasting from 26.11.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Floral and tropical on the nose, papaya, mango, some lily of the valley, pink grapefruit. Smooth, almost oily on the palate, medium-bodied and extracted, with a pleasantly juicy elegance, a good accompaniment to grilled fish or spaghetti vongole.
