Shimmering salmon pink in colour with a fine mousse. Beautiful variety on the nose, with aromas of nougat, ripe raspberry, bread crust, smoke, and meadow herbs. The palate is finely-textured and balanced, with tightly meshed bubbles, and is lively and pleasant to drink.
