The sparkling wine Metodo Classico Brut from the winery Francesco Bellei has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Nero, Chardonnay from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Hearty shimmering golden yellow with green reflections. On the nose there are delicate notes of orange blossom and Williams pear, then sage and white tea, with some vanilla cream. Smooth on the palate, with good texture, a compact core, well integrated mousse, juicy and persistent, with good length on the finish.
