Tasting Notes
Bright, rich cherry red. Opens with a lot of yeast and ripe red berries, with a hint of rose in the aftertaste. Not quite precise on the palate, with slightly tart fruit, but a beautiful mousse and medium length.
More about the tastingRich cherry red with orange reflections. Opens on the nose with very ripe notes of strawberry, some juniper and green tea, as well as very ripe plum. Dense on the palate, concentrated fruit core and very lively mousse, takes a leap, unfortunately breaks down in the middle section and remains bitter.
