Brilliant onion colour with a delicate mousse. Opens elegantly on the nose on white-bread crust, fully ripe golden apple and fruits of the forest, with a hint of chamomile behind it. Silky texture on the palate, soft and balanced, with precise fruit. Very persistent.
More about the tastingShimmering salmon pink in colour with a fine mousse. Beautiful variety on the nose, with aromas of nougat, ripe raspberry, bread crust, smoke, and meadow herbs. The palate is finely-textured and balanced, with tightly meshed bubbles, and is lively and pleasant to drink.
