The sparkling wine Metodo Classico Brut Nature, vintage 2015 from the winery Francesco Bellei has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Nero from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Rich, radiant straw yellow with golden reflections. Fine nose of ripe apricots and quince, plus rich pear and toast, with delicate nougat tones in the background. Full-bodied on the palate, broad on the tongue, somewhat restrained mousse, becomes textured at the back, grapefruit and dried bread crust on the finish.
