Brilliant straw yellow with a delicate mousse. Very fresh on the nose, lemongrass, lime, a hint of elderflower, fine notes of sealing wax on the finish. Crisp, balanced, very dry on the palate, with hearty fruit and a slightly phenolic finish, pure, good length.
