Tasting Notes

Tasting from 27.11.2017

Somewhat yeasty and tart on the nose. Lots of juice at the start, crisp acidity, defensive sweetness, a slender late harvest type, completely closed at the moment, almost repellent. The minerality is there, the power will be unleashed over the years.
