Tasting from 19.04.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant straw yellow with silver reflections. Intense nose of apricot, marzipan and subtle yeasty notes. Taut and fruity on the palate, still shows a certain tension, but then appears ripe and unfortunately a little tired.

Bright, shimmering straw yellow with silver grey and persistent mousse. A clear and expressive nose of fresh white peach, apricot, a hint of marzipan and buttered pastry. On the palate a beautiful freshness, clear fruit core and exciting flow. Acidity and bubbles support the sweetness; balanced, wonderful.
