This has a shining silver gray colour. Wtih a bouquet of acacia blossom there are aromas of white peach and Pear Williams. It has a finely structured mousse, and is creamy on the palate with an appealing fresh acidity, and it is very juicy with a delicate salty taste. It is a very harmonious wine with a long finish.
