Bright straw yellow with a silver sheen and a persistent mousse. Fragrant on the nose, with notes of elderflower, lychee and mandarin zest. Intense notes of tropical fruit on the palate, mango and papaya, with a seductive sweetness, a harmonious acidic structure and a long, lingering finish.
