Rich, impenetrable ruby violet; very dense and at the same time finely structured nose, blackberry, wild raspberry, some cassis, tobacco in the background; shows a lot of taut, intense tannin, equipped with a lot of rich fruit in the mid-range, but then becomes somewhat rough in the finish, slightly drying tannin, should improve with additional ageing.
